Erek Krieger was a male private in the Republic Army who lived during the Galactic War between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic. Erek had an older sister named Alli, and he joined the Republic Military out of a desire to protect his family. However, Erek was one of the soldiers who were assigned to the Strike Team Oricon during the Dread War, and his exposure to the moon's energies damaged his mind like many others. He was stranded in the wastes of Oricon after part of the strike force crashed on the moon. He was rescued, evacuated and discharged back to his family, who took care of him and helped him recover from the trauma.
